I've had repeated problems with my oneplus 5t not syncing. The normal state is that there is a red circle with an exclamation mark beside sync but the only time I ever get it to sync is when I spend considerable time resetting the versa and finally get it to sync. I think I have it solved and it never syncs again.
I purchase a fitbit dongle (genuine) as I feel like It would be better if it synced daily with the dongle since the phone is obviously not getting it done.
The dongle fails to sync. It's detected but it fails every time
What di I need to do to get my versa to sync?

Hey @Rokit, welcome aboard! This phone model that you have, the OnePlus 5t, has not been released as a compatible device, so that is why you are experiencing syncing issues between it and your Versa. Since I can't tell you when is this gonna be added as compatible, I would suggest you, in the meantime, to follow the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Now in regards of syncing with your computer, let e ask you this, does your computer has Windows 10? Or is it a lower Windows operation system? If you have Windows 10, and your computer has Bluetooth integrated, you don't need a Dongle. But if your computer uses Fitbit connect, you can try to sync your Versa with it.

@Rokit Try this sequence:
1. In the phone bluetooth Settings forget versa
2. Turn off Bluetooth
3. Shut down Versa
4. Turn on Versa
5. Turn on Bluetooth but do not pair Versa from within phone settings
6. Open Fitbit mobile app and force sync
If this doesn't work I recommend removing other devices from Bluetooth settings of your phone and force stopping Fitbit mobile app with subsequent clearing of cache.

I actually bought the dongle and synced it with my windows 10 computer and removed the app from my phone.

@Rokit You can still give it a try. This way you could fully enjoy your versa and Fitbit platform. Participating in challenges and adventures is so much fun! 😊

Hi, I tried using the steps which you gave. But it's still not compatible with my one plus 5t.
Could you please tell me some other way out to use it?
