Versa syncing and app issues

Anyone having problems in sync their Fitbit hasn't updated since yesterday? My app on the Mac isn't working either?

I would like to know if you keep having issues syncing your Versa? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there. Also, can you please be more specific about the problem you are having with the app on your computer or provide me with some screenshots?

I keep having problems with my Versa 3 synching. Even after I do the recommended Blue tooth idea the problem keeps reappearing.
