My Versa does not display the correct time. It will not track my steps. I am not receiving notifications. It cannot find wifi. It will not sync to my iPhone. I did the latest update. I tried to reset the Versa. Not sure what else I can do.

Hi @msouthw931, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not syncing, it won't display the correct time and it won't receive notifications. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps bellow:

Hello,
Thank you for responding. I followed the steps you provided. But, the watch is asking me to download the Fitbit app, which I already have. When I try to reset the information from the app to my watch, I do not see prompts to do this. It is as if it wants me to start from scratch and download the Fitbit app to start the process.
Please help me ASAP. My watch is totally inoperable and I am about to scream.
