Versa syncing issue

Hi, anyone got any explanation and potential solution for why my Versa is only syncing part of information?

 

  • It syncs: steps and calories
  • Has stopped syncing: active hours, sleep and active time

 

Just stopped out of blue. I did use my Bluetooth headphones with my phone while using my Versa, but I would hope that wouldn't be a problem. Explanation & assistance. 

 

PS.

  • I've turned Bluetooth off and on 
  • I've turned Versa on and off
  • I've unpaired all other Bluetooth devices

I continue to have this problem every day.  I have responded to the Moderator messages asking when we are going to get answers to this problem and have received no credible information!  I would like to contact Fitbit directly or by a private email, but the only option they give is Twitter...I do not have a Twitter account and do not want one!  I'm extremely frustrated!  Has anyone out there been successful in getting answers from Fitbit??

sorry but your reply does not fox the issue - again syncing problem.  ive had my versa like 3 weeks and ive factory reset twice already.... VERY FRUSTRATING.  when it works my versa is great.  when it doesnt i wonder why i bothered to buy it! 

 

fitbit help needed please!
