Hello.
Literally purchased this today and I already want to send it back.
Nothing I do will allow the blue tooth/ syncing to work.
Multiple times I've rebooted phone, rebooted versa, paired, tried to sync, updated software, and done everything but it isn't working.
Can you help or shall I just send it back and go to another product.

It sounds like you've tried all the normal troubleshooting steps.
Have you checked that your phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

Yea I've had other fitbit with out issues (removed them from my Bluetooth list) and I couldn't see any issues. It managed to come CT for two mins to upgrade the hardware but then nothing.
