I bought my Fitbit yesterday and it has been fine, until I went to sleep last night. Ever since I woke up nothing will sync no matter what I’ve tried. I have tried all the solutions, and I am very upset with this device now. I have an iPhone XS Max and I need this fixed ASAP. Please give me a practical solution.

It begins to sync and then stops and starts ‘looking’ for my tracker again.

Hi, as your phone is a supported device by Fitbit it should work properly, but sometimes it has some hickups. Try restarting your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Besides that: do you have the latest version on the Fitbit app on your iPhone and BT enabled? Did the setup of your Versa to your phone did succeed without any error messages?
