My versa watch shows a full color display. it displays the time, battery usage and date and I get text notifications. However, while all of the other icons (i.e. heart symbol, steps, etc) are "lit up" (i.e. it is NOT a black screen), no data for these items are displayed.
versa is syncing to my fit app... so I have access to my steps, heart rate, etc. It's just that this information is not accessible/visible on my watch..
I have turned the device off multiple times.. but nothing changes when I turned it back on.. This has been going off for 2 weeks at this point......

Hi, did you tell your Today screen to log all of these items? Swipe from the home display from the bottom up towards the top and the Today screen will show. What activities are shoen in this screen? You can setup up to 7 activities to be monitored by it. If the Today screen is shown, scroll down and if it only shows Steps and HR, you need to press settings and enable after that all the items you want the Today screen to monitor/log. After that, for certainty, restart your Versa: settings - device info - scroll down untill you find shutdown and your watch will shutdown. Wait for a few secs and press the left button to turn it back on again.

Thanks.
I have been using the watch since I received it in august...with all of my activities displayed(and yes... they are set up on the today screen).
I changed nothing... just one day the activities stopped showing up on the display..
