Versa syncing issue

Can not get versa to sync with phone. Have already done all the recommended tips and still won't resync. It will only find device and not sync with phone. It had been synced to phone for a year until last weekend. Have even reinstalled the app.

I am using the Droid Maxx 2. It was connected up until 1/19/20. Yes I have tried all the suggestions. It is also now losing time

That phone is unfortunately not on the Supported Devices List  which may be the problem. Has there been a recent update to phone, Fitbit app or the tracker? Is is usually an update that upsets the connection and as the phone is not supported, no one is working towards gettingbthe connection established again. The only other suggestion I have is to contact Support and see if they are able to help work it out.
