Hello @S529  your watch time is probably off because you say that it is not syncing.

May I ask what type odd device di you sync through and which tracker do you have?

@S529 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However I would like to follow up on the syncing issues that you are experiencing with your Fitbit Versa and would like to know if the issue persists or if your Versa is syncing properly.

 

In the meantime, try restarting your tracker as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally. After this, try syncing your Versa again and see if the issue gets fixed.
