My watch stop syncing. It keeps saying cannot find device.. I have tried shutdown both watch n phone n restart syncing. But still not able to. Possible that Bluetooth died on the watch? Also the time on the watch slow down by an hour.

I did the update two days ago and it went black. I tried many times the reset option with no luck. It is not turnin on completely. I can see a thin blue line on each side but that is about it. It does not turn on. Left it charging reset again and nothing.

Hi @Glorelid, thank you for joining us in this thread. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is still unable to turn on or start up even though you have tried to resolve this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
  5. Set up your watch from scratch and see if it works properly

Keep me posted on the outcome.
