Versa syncing losing time update!

So after spending an hour on live chat, and going through all the steps I’ve already done. Having done the factory reset and not being able to set it up! I have been sent a replacement Versa. I just hope I am able to sync this one to my Bluetooth and WiFi. 

As all attempts have failed. I now currently have a Versa with a lovely blue logo that keeps telling me to download the app the set up🤣 

I will update when my new one arrives. Let you know if the syncing saga is sorted.

@Chambo19 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry about the setup issues that you experienced with your Fitbit Versa. However, I'm glad to hear that you were sent a replacement unit. Thank you for posting the update here.

 

When your replacement Versa arrives, follow the setup process as described in this help article.
