Versa syncing problems

So I just got my Versa for my birthday on Tuesday this week and I’m already noticing a slew of issues. 

1. It’s not syncing my sleep

2. My hourly activity is not syncing all of the hours I’ve moved for 250+ steps

3. The app states I was only active on 9/20/2018 for 11 minutes but I completed a 38 minute work out that was synced.

 

I owned the Charge 2 and I had an occasional issue with it but never this bad. Is this normal for the Versa? I’m considering taking it back.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your Versa isn't syncing your information, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.

Unfortunately my Versa has yet to track my sleep stages.  I don’t have the best sleeping habits but the Charge 2 did track my sleep stages daily and it did help me want to get to bed.  I’m looking at possibly going back to the charge or just getting a full refund.
