My Versa really takes a long time to sync lately, sometimes not finishing. Most of the time it is not recording my sleep cycle.

Hi @yarngirllindsay, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it takes a long time to sync and doesn't record your sleep data properly.
Make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up todate, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in.
After this, make sure that your Fitbit Versa has the most recent firmware version as well. Please follow the steps to check for updates in this help article.
If the app and your watch are up to date, follow the troubleshooting steps listed in this help page in order to fix the syncing issue. Finally, check out this article, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep.
