I have 3 days left on my warranty. The time isn’t working. I can hold down buttons sometimes and it will update but it has stayed the same for hours. I’ve done all kinds of things to fix it. I was working with support for an hour and a half. They responded with sending it up the chain for help. I am supposed to be contacted when they review my case. I’m pretty sure at this point they will call right after my warranty is up and say sorry. I can’t help you. I can give you a discount though on a new one. I am assuming this because this happened to my daughter about 6 months ago. I have a watch that doesn’t work and I get nothing but “thank you for your time” “feel free to end chat”
dont but Fitbit. They used to stand by their product and I’m seeing more and more I guess not.

I should have also said, it rates my HR as 106 when I’m not even wearing it. It didn’t sync for 2 months. Then miraculously did again. All this time I was still able to get steps and my watch worked and my texts and calls. Which all I need. Now it’s worthless and they don’t care
