Versa touch screen isn't working

I have troubleshooted different options to see if I can fix the touch screen. Restarting doesn’t work and the clock face is already set to one made by Fitbit and not a third party one. I had to change my lock setting on the app to get it to not push numbers. I have a small scratch on the upper right corner but no water has made contact with the screen. I can’t swipe or touch anything on the screen, but all the side buttons work. Please help!
