Versa screen came off

Hi ive had my watch for about 2 years and today i looked down and the whole screen had come away and fallen on the floor. I would like to know how i can get this fixed as it was an expensive gift given to me. I tried customer support but it stopped replying halfway through. Can anyone help?

Hi there, @Cacathebear. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about your Versa's screen damage. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Please note the screen cannot be replaceable. When a tracker suffers damage while under warranty, you can contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on the tracker model and other factors.

I'm sorry for the trouble you had while trying to contact our team. Though, please note the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online again or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

However, as our warranty states, it doesn't apply to damage or defects caused by:

(a) use with non-Fitbit products

(b) accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes

(c) normal wear and tear or aging of the Product such as discoloration or stretching

(d) operating the Product:

     (i) outside the permitted or intended uses described by Fitbit

     (ii) not in accordance with instructions provided by Fitbit

     (iii) with improper voltage or power supply.
