I have been using Versa for about 4-5 months now. It is having intermittent issues with touch functionality.
Sometimes it works, and most of the times it doesn't.
Not sure if anyone else has similar issues.
It is not damaged or never got wet.
Any suggestions on how and where I can get it checked?

Did this happen after you update your watch? What version do you have?
