I bought a 2nd hand Fitbit Versa and never thought it had battery issues. How can i fix this? I'm using a genuine Fitbit charger and Samsung and iPhone adapter for 2 hours as it says on the instructions here but still Versa only lasted for half day.

If your watch isn't holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and follow the tips provided there. After following them, test your unit.

I have returned my versa replacement because it was also defective and was received by the warehouse on Feb 5 which they ordered the Versa 2 for replacement instead. Now they said they will start shipping on Feb 10 because their warehouse is close due to Chinese holidays. Now I've been following up and they said on the 14th and now on Feb 20th to ship. Wow, crappy service right? Your warehouse was open to begin with when you received my defective unit, now you're making excuses not to ship what I was promised. I hope you get an award. And to anyone, how can I complain about this? And if there is anyone in Fitbit, don't you have other warehouses, you're only relying in China warehouse? Or just making an excuse. Coz now what I'm hearing is your service is so bad and all excuses.
