Versa touch screen not functioning

Hey all. Today my Fitbit Versa started having issues. The display works fine, but the touch screen aspect of it no longer functions. There is no damage to it. I haven’t dropped it, cracked it, or anything like that. It just stopped working. Is there anything that can be done to fix this or do I have to get a new device? My warranty is up, I believe.

I would reach out to FitBit customer service. The first time I contacted
them they ran me through a full reset, but when a couple days later the
same issue returned, I contacted them again, and they sent me a new device.
If yours is still under warranty, as mine was, I felt satisfied with the
support they provided.

Best of luck!

I am having the same issues too with the screen glitching and just taking on a life of its own even when not touching the screen. Last night it glitched and set an alarm for every hour of the night. I take good car of the watch, I’ve always had a screen protector on, I’ve never dropped or damaged the watch. Plus I’ve only had it for 3 months! What is going on? I’ve tried all of the suggestions and nothing works. Not happy with my Fitbit at all

If you tried the soft and hard reset, you may want to call customer
service. Since you have only had it for 3 months it should still be in
the warranty period. Sorry I can't be of more help.

After my 2nd fitbit developing problems after just over a year of owning
it, I gave up on fitbit and bought an Apple watch SE which isn't much more
in cost. It's not the same as a fitbit and I miss the
step/activity/calorie monitoring style of the fitbit. The apple watch has
them too but the platform is different and there has been a learning
curve. I'm learning to love my apple watch though.

I had to reach out to fitbit directly. Mine wasn't under warranty they
gave me a coupon to get a new one.

Contact FitBit customer service. If your watch is under warranty, they
should help you out. With mine, they just sent me a replacement and I have
never had any of those issues since.
