I love my Fitbit versa. I wear it all the time and have been extremely happy with the product. I noticed yesterday that my touch screen was not responding and now today, there are black lines through my screen. I’ve tried charging it, turning it off, and doing a factory reset. Any other suggestions?! I’m genuinely hoping this is not the end of my beloved Fitbit.
