hello 4 months ago I bought my fitbit versa lite on a trip I made abroad, and since January after the new update it has been having problems on the touch screen.
can someone tell me if there is a solution?
I have already restored the factory settings twice, but some time passes the problem appears again.
it's a shame because i live in brazil and fitbit doesn't offer support here.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @AndersonLPJ. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with your Versa Lite touch screen. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this by restoring your device to factory settings and providing the additional details. I totally understand how you are feeling. I recommend trying to restart your watch and switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
Let me know if the issue persists, I'll be around.

Were you able to get a fix for this issue?
I am facing a similar issue, and my versa is completely useless - as the touch screen doesn't work for me at all. I am able to use it only to check time and that's pretty much it. Its super frustrating to not able to use it for tracking my exercise intensity/calories burnt.

I also just recently started having this issue. I also coincidentally had an update to my Fitbit app recently. Not sure if there is a correlation? I'm hopeful someone knows how to resolve the issue. I've restarted my watch several times and tried numerous clock faces. Neither of these attempts have resolved the issue.

Just had a conversation with a support representative, sadly my fitbit is out of warranty and I cannot do anything right now with my fitbit. All they could do is to get me a 25% discount on purchasing a new device. Why would I buy one when i know that these devices will die in a year? And now i cannot get it repaired, I feel helpless and dont know how to react on this.
Not buying another fitbit device ever in my life and Ill try my luck with smartwatches.
And I definitely donot recommend buying a fitbit versa to anyone at all. 😠

I am also having this same problem. The touch screen does not work at all no matter what I try. So frustrating, I loved this watch but now it is useless. How can we tell if it is still under warranty?

I tried chatting with a customer service representative using one of the options available here - https://help.fitbit.com/?cu=1.
They should be able to help you with your warranty status.

Hi, recently, I managed to solve my fitbit problem by restoring the factory.
he returned to the version prior to the update. the touchscreen has returned to working properly, since then I have not updated the watch anymore and it continues to work perfectly.
my watch is in version 33.1.30
