I'm starting a topic that already exist, but it's marked answerred. However, a lot of people have the same problem and the solutions that have been given aren't working.
Problem: versa touch screen gets unresponsive and swipe/tap actions doesn't work.
Steps I've tried to resolve the issue:
* Reboot watch
* Change clock style
* Factory reset
Restart the watch is impossible, cause i can't get to set-up.

I have the same problem. Can’t swipe so can’t shut down, can’t view the apps. Rebooting doesn’t help. Even deleted it from the app and re added it.

My screen went completely black two days ago. I can tell it’s not the battery because there was a faint light at the bottom of the screen when on the charger. That’s the only sign of life it has. I tried the different button combinations and had no success. Hoping we can get some answers 🤞🏼
