Versa touchscreen has stopped working

My Fitbit Vera sensor is staying on and screen has been flashing, the battery dies in just 3hrs of use. I have reset it and now the touchscreen has stopped working. Does anyone know what to do or am I out of luck? I actually love this watch

Have you tried a shutdown or restart?

Yes I have and factory reboot and still red light is on and touchscreen is
not working
