Hello, after some help only had my versa 9 months and the screen has just decided to stop working?! Tried to reset and factory reset but still won’t work? Just keeps doing its own thing still counts steps and heart rate but that’s all. Any help really welcome please

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Since the restart and the factory reset procedures didn't work, please try changing the clock face of your Versa and let me know if the issue persists.

Hi I too am having this very same issue, I have changed clock face a few times, no change. Just no response when I touch the screen, but mine still shows clock when button on side is pushed ?

Same problem here. Did all the troubleshooting to no avail. Turned it off, turned it on, uninstalled and reinstalled app, turned bluetooth off and on, and had a IT friend look at. What gives?

I am having the same issue. Hard to change settings when you cannot access the screen.

I too have had mine less than a year. All I can get is the clock screen, I am still receiving my text messages. I am quite disappointed as this sounds like a common problem. I would really appreciate some advice as I’m not liking not getting all of the functions of my versa.
