My versa won’t react to my touch on the right side. It will also randomly restart it self. Was hoping I needed to update it but it’s up to date. I have restarted it multiple times but it hasn’t helped.

How about "Spinning" or "Workout", right within the Exercise App, rather than logging it after the fact?

Which workouts can I track in the Exercise app on my Fitbit device? 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
