Versa tracker settings not working

All of a sudden my brightness and tracker wake up mode changed and when I go into settings they are dim. I tap on them to change them but nothing happen. I have restarted the tracker and synced with the phone app amd nothing has changed.

Hi @JenLyons Try a Factory Reset (settings app on the watch and then scroll down to About) You will then have to set your watch up again as a new device.

Thank you. I actually just solved the problem by trying to scroll through other posts to see if there was anything similar. I found one that said see if it is in sleep mode. It was and that fixed everything.
