Versa tracking not showing all steps

My fitbit screwed up, yesterday it said I did 14,000 steps yet today looking back it now says I only did 1,700. Its changed after my app logging me out then having to long back in and my watch updating and now its all screwed up and doesn't show up, making me a frustrated because I rely on my fitbit for my sports and tracking performance progress.

p.s I use a Fitbit versa.

@Kat1060, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking nor showing all your steps walked.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Versa for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
