My Versa keeps turning off by itself. The only way to turn it back on is to charge it but the battery has a full charge on it. The versa is less then a year old. I tried shutting it down several times and resetting it but that doesn’t help.
Please help! Thanks!

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please make sure to sync it before this in order to avoid losing current data.
Finally, try the tips that are listed in this help article. These tips are helpful in order to improve the battery life of your Versa.

I completed the factory reset and the Fitbit still turns off. 😞
