Versa turns off by itself during exercises

Is there a fix for my Versa turning off during workouts? It's useless to me without that feature. Very frustrating.

Hi there, @Susan335. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa. I understand how frustrating this can be. I'm sure I can help! 

While reading your post I was wondering if this happens only with a specific exercise? Since when you started noticing this odd behavior? Are you using the shortcuts on your Versa or SmartTrack? When this happens is the screen completely unresponsive or you can still go through the screens on your watch?

Please let me know if you've restarted your watch as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

If you remember the exact amount of steps or the name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. To get more information about this, check the article: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?

Thanks for trying to help me.

My versa turns off when I am using the workout section section of exercise.

I use the right top button to activate exercise and then scroll down to
workout.

Sometime about halfway through the exercise I look at my watch to check my
heart rate and it's completely dark. It won't respond to any of the
buttons. The only way to get it back on is to put it back on the charger,
Which shows that still has power.

Just today I received reset my versa with without deleting data.
