Versa: unable to see notifications, sync error, location error

I just bought a Fitbit Versa. While it works fine I'm unable to see notifications. It shows "restart your phone to restore tracker notifications" but doesn't work after restarting. I saw a post saying an update fixed this but i just updated the software yesterday( the automatic update when it is first turned on). The firmware is now 32.32.10.15 . I'm able to see incoming calls but nothing else.

While calories, steps etc are synced the battery level (displayed in the Fitbit app) is always full(doesn't change).

Also, the location is auto-displayed as the US while I'm actually in India. Gps is turned on and the app has access to location (the fitbit was bought in the US). Will this affect tracking?

@Karthik_G what phone are you using? The notification issue sounds like it might be to do with compatability of your phone.

Have you changed the location to India? In the app go to your account (id card Icon) and scroll down to Advanced Settings and select location. There you can choose the one you want.
