Versa unable to set up

Hi guys,

 

I posted few weeks ago after my fitbit versa stopped working suddenly and after performing a factory reset it completly stopped working.

 

I contacted fitbit support team and they sent me a replacement, I have had issues to set it up following the steps and advice online after finally on my 4th time it worked, but the set up stuck on 64% so I restarted the device where it was like the set up was completed but was slow, so I performed a factory reset and now its not working at all.

 

A factory reset shouldn't let it not perform at all. Help please.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email recently. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
