Hi all - this is becoming very frustrating but unable to sync my recently purchased versa 1 to Strava. Cycle and a run, are not uploading. It’s on the Fitbit app but nothing through on Strava. Have done everything as recommended - but still no joy. Please advise?

@Finnster, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not connecting with Strava. I totally understand how you feel about this. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.
