Versa unable to sync

I had blaze before and like the auto sync with Fitbit app. But now the auto sync not working is my problem. The forum will keep asking me to restart my phone, my app, my verse, my Bluetooth. And how I'm still trying to sync my verse.. Please help to make the auto sync work between fitbit product and fitbit app.

Hi, which phone are you using. See this article about syncing your device. Press the link and choose your Tracker.

@JOEY_T Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not syncing automatically. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

In addition to the information that @SunsetRunner mentioned, make sure that the "All-Day-Sync" feature is enabled. If this feature is already enabled, please try setting up your Versa from scratch and see if the issue gets fixed.
