Versa unresponsive

My husbands Versa became unresponsive today. It had a full charge last night, was working perfectly fine from 5am till between 7 and 9am. 

We have tried the reset function, docking it on the charger, which we know works properly after charging last night. It has been on the charger for 3 hours.

Nothing has worked, it is still unresponsive.

 

Is there anything that can be done?

We have done all of those things already. I have another of your products
so I did all of the basic troubleshooting things yesterday evening.

The light is off all of the time, it is completely unresponsive. 

As I have a product myself, I tried all of the those basic troubleshooting things before my post.

 

I am at a loss as to what I should do next?

My device is showing wrong date and time.It also not showing the steps count

Hello @RicardoFitbit, I have a similar problem to Becki where my Versa was completely nonresponsive despite being on the charger for hours. I tried to restart it and initially I would get the backlight would come on but nothing would appear on the screen. But even that has stopped now.
