Versa completely dead

My versa do not turn on, I called customer services and nothing can be done.  This is my second versa in one year and 7 month, the first one lasted around 7 month, I got a replacement because it was still under warranty, second one lasted less than a year and unfortunately they won't send me a replacement because warranty start from the day you buy the first one, which is ridiculous.  I'm really disappointed with this, this is not a cheap watch.  The only solution they are giving me is a 25% discount, they should be sending me another watch.

I won't recommend to buy this product.

I am going through this issue as well. I just live chatted and my warranty was up about a month ago and they will only give 25% off. I am not happy as this is my second Fitbit I have had and have had issues with both
