I updated my Versa today within the app and ever since I’ve had issues with it. My settings for my face in the app won’t sync to watch. Tried resetting it. Changing the settings again and again. Anyone else?

I updated mine too and Im also having issues. Not the same as yours, sorry i cant help 😞
Mine wont show phone calls anymore, only notifications including tge missed call. Do you have this issue too?

@Scaretta I saw you have issues after you updated the Versa Smartwatch. I'm wondering how ti goes? Can you calrify a bit more what settings are not updating in the face of the app? Are you referring to your main Dashboard in the Fitbit app or the Clock face of your Versa?

I have been having the same issues. I just did an update yesterday. I was receiving text messages up until that point. After the update, I am not longer receiving the text message notifications on my tracker. I have closed out of my app, powered my phone down and turned off/on the Bluetooth. I have went thru the app at all the settings and it shows that my messaging is checked as the default messages.

same here. After update this morning, my watch face will not change to anything other than the fitbit logo with all the dots 'moving' like it's working.... but the update is complete. HELP!

I am having issue receiving text notifications and it constantly says Bluetooth is not working. However I get the notification for phone calls. I tried everything in the trouble shooting article with no luck. I even uninstalled the whole app on my phone and reinstalled. No luck. I guess we are stuck waiting for another update.

Hi there @MzPatch and welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community @hacarson81 and @shellytutt. My apologies for the late response and I'm wondering how it goes? Is the issue still persisting? Thank you for sharing more details and the steps you have tried to address this issue.
I've seen some reports including my own experience that after the update, notifications stopped working and the reason of this is because all the notifications were restore to the default form. The best to do in this situation, is to re-enable the notification options to allow the access and grant the required permissions.
@shellytutt you mentioned, that the update was completed but you still see the logo. It's, been a while since you commented on this issue, so I would like to give follow up with you if you were able to continue using your Versa? After my upgrade to the Versa, my notifications are slow and lag behind.
When I get a phone call on my iPhone 7P, the watch shows the phone call and never stops notifying me, the face continues to show the phone is ringing, long after I answer the phone and hangup.
I am also having issues syncing, I only sync once a day and many times the sync fails, it starts and then bluetooth drops.
I have updated my phone and this is still happening.
Everything was very nice before the upgrade, I am running 32.32.10.15 version.

I updated mine it will not sync to the phone and it is not reading the heart beats or at least not displaying them.

So I was trying to update over wifi as instructed. I thought the update worked but wasn't really paying attention. Afterwards I couldn't even see the clock faces or apps in the fitbit app.
So I tried again and noticed I was getting an x on the versa near the end of the update via wifi.
I did a factory reset, removed the device from my account and started the process gain but this time I didn't use wifi and instead updated via bluetooth. It took about 2 hours, very slow, but now everything is working as it should.
I'm wondering if the problem with this update isn't the firmware itself but the method of delivery.

i updated mine friday and now battery life is less than one day. drains while powered down. wont update or rest to new day unless i sync it with the app. old on/off button is now the bottom right button or some combo decided by the versa itself on any given day. the update has ruined my versa to the point im buying a new one.
