Yesterday I received fitbit Versa special edition as a gift. Since yesterday I have been trying to do update on it with no success. Switched my phone on and off, it doesnt seem to be working, tried doing it through my computer, doesn't do it as well.
What can I do?
First, you say "Versa special edition". Are you sure it's not Versa 2 special edition?
Can you please clarify your situation, exactly what you mean by the "update".
Did you get your Fitbit account set up, and get the Versa attached to it?
If so, is this a firmware update you were notified of that you are trying to download?
