Versa vibration not working for notifications

My versa used to vibrate with all of the notifications, until I recently updated it. It no longer vibrates but does vibrate for timers and alarms. I’ve turned it off, I’ve reset it, I’ve charged it, I’ve deleted the app off my phone and reconnected it, literally everything I can think of. How can I fix this, I rely on those notifications for when I’m at work.

I’m having the same problem and have done everything to fix it but nothing is working. I receive my sms messages, but they are no longer popping down or vibrating to tell me I have one.

I just did a live chat and found out that my do not disturb was ON with the watch, but was OFF on my phone.  Once I had both of the DO NOT Disturbs off on both devices, I was then getting the notifications.

I just did a live chat and found out that my DO NOT DSTURB was ON on my watch.  They had me check that both of the Do Not Disturbs were off on both devices and once I did that, I am now getting the vibrations and notifications.

That would make sense! I’ve tried that too unfortunately and still no luck.
