So I got the new versa, fab smart watch but unfortunately my phone is not compatible with it or the app. I don't get notifications, the app just keeps telling me to restart which does nothing. The phone is fantastic in its own right so what do I do? Is it possible fitbit will launch support for the One plus phones? Arrrgh frustrating

That sounds really frustrating, but there is no way to find out if Fitbit is working on that phone or not. It is just wait and see. Not very helpful I know....
