Has anyone tried the Versa Lite? I returned my Versa because of the inaccurate HR monitor. I will not spend money on a faulty product! Does the HR monitor work well on the Lite version? Are they using the same software as on the Versa?

Hi, see this site for a comparison between the Versa and the Lite version: https://gadgetsandwearables.com/compare/1/707,858/fitbit-versa-vs-fitbit-versa-lite/.
Hope this helps, see my signature.

The Versa and Versa Lite share the same hardware and software for heart rate, so if you found the Versa inaccurate, I would not expect the Versa Lite to be any better.
I assume you're referring to heart rate inaccuracies during higher intensity workouts? If so, I've tried many wearables over the past 4.5 years and the Apple Watch Series 4 has the most accurate wrist-based heart rate. It's pretty much perfect for me and the only wearable I fully trust to accurately track my heart rate during intense exercise (without wearing a chest strap heart rate monitor).
Note: For anyone who finds this thread and actually wants to compare the Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Versa Lite Edition, I wrote an easy to read comparison. You can find it on my website here: https://wearablewhisperer.com/fitbit-versa-vs-versa-lite/

This is my third week of using my new Fitbit, a Versa Lite. I am concerned about its accuracy because I do not always wear it for sleeping but it still shows a heart rate during those periods. For example, this morning I put on my Versa lite at 7 am (had not worn it since 10pm last night), but the Fitbit app on my phone showed my BPM's were in the fat burn, cardio, and peak zones all night long. Also, on two occasions, it did not show any heartbeat and registered very few miles and only about 28 minutes activity during my routine 90-minute runs. I know I was wearing it correctly on my wrist during my runs as I have owned various Fitbits (Blaze and Charge 2) consistently over the past 4 years. It seems to calculate steps ok but it isn't reliable for heart rate, active minutes, and mileage. I plan to contact Fitbit Customer Support for help in resolving this. I like the style of the Versa but I do not want to keep it if it stays so inaccurate.
