Fitbit won’t turn on

I’ve only had my Fitbit Versa for about 1.5 months. Today, all of a sudden, my Fitbit shut completely off. I tried to charge it - nothing. I tried resetting it by holding down the 3 buttons for 10+ seconds - nothing. The screen seemed to light up and buzz every 10 seconds when I tried to reset it, but no graphics came up. The green light on the back even came on temporarily.

 

please advise. I love this device, but I can’t figure out what went wrong with it.

I have the same exact issue.  Did you find a fix?

I did not. I received an email yesterday saying my battery was low. Then it died entirely. I charged it and it said it was 100%. Now it won’t turn on at all after multiple reset attempts. It’s even hot when I put it on my wrist.

 

Seems like a faulty device but then again I’m reading this is quite common with the Versa
