Versa waking and vibrating constantly

My Versa is constantly waking  and vibrating, flashing between screens, even when off of my wrist. It's running the battery out (and driving me nuts!). Nothing will stop it. This Versa was purchased in Dec 2018. It's predecessor was purchased in October 2018 and died when its face separated from the watch itself!! My son gave me this one as a replacement. I so love the functionality of this device, but not the absolute throw away quality 😥

@NicolaCullen welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it vibrates and flashes between screens randomly. 

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, charge your Versa completely and monitor it during the next 24 hours and see if the issues gets fixed.
