My Versa doesn't pick up complete walks when I'm pushing my pram?

Like all wrist-worn trackers, Versa detects steps from the normal swinging of the arms while walking.  When your wrist is held steady, as in pushing a pram or shopping cart or holding a rail on a treadmill, steps are often not detected.  If you put the tracker in a pocket or somehow fasten it to your clothing, you will probably get good step count but will not get heart rate data for that time.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
