Versa warranty feedback

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a fitbit versa which I got in March 2019. It started to act weid. One day it wouldn't track my exercise. And then one night I ut it on dim. The next morning I could not change it back to normal. So I contacted them and told me to do some stuff still didn't work.  So then they told me to do a factory reset that didn't  do a factory reset.  Now it will not work at all.

There answer was warranty is over. So I'm stuck with one that doesn't work.  There would give me a 25% discount on a new one Why would I do that if the product is inferior.

My advice is do No buy a fitbit of any kind.

@Boop5, It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa went dim and didn't go back to normal. I'm also sorry to hear that your watch is no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup.

I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.

I'll be around if any question arises.
