I have only had this watch for 24 hours now and it stopped swiping. I have turned it on and off 5 times already. I even fully charged it and it’s still not work. Is there anything else I can do to fix this issue?

Hi @MikeHammond , did you only turn it on and off or actually restarted the watch. You restart it by long pressing and holding the left button untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the button. to that about three times in a row (internal reset). Regards kuzibri
