Hi,
I bought versa abt 2 months ago. Its been working very well until last monday.
Versa doesnt show days of exercise or sleep counting in watch. When i sync watch to app, there are up-to-date data. There are real exercise days and real sleep counting. Still my watch shows these counters what it had counting last monday.
I have been reset watch three times and turn it off a few seconds and turn it on again. Doesnt work.
Still there are old counting (but app shows the real).

@JanskiV I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the sleep and exercise issue that your Versa is experiencing. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. Finally, monitor your Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
