Versa watch doesn't keep time correctly

I have to sync my Versa multiple times a day to keep the time correct or to even turn on.  Quit working today in the middle of a 2-mile run -- recorded only a mile.  At 10:00 a.m. watch said 7:45.

Hi there @HLC1970, good to see you again! I saw you are having issues with your Versa, as it not keeping the time updated and it fails you in a middle of a run. When you said that the Versa quit working, do you refer the Smartwatch turned off?

 

Have you tried with a restart? If you haven't please give it a try to this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

Also make sure the battery has enough charge before you start an exercise. If the the Versa is receiving charge from an insufficient power source, it might not perform well. Don't use a USB hub or battery pack to charge, and only use the charging cable that came with your device.

my Versa not keeping time today, not a good thing, I have alarms set that didn't go off.  I have the alarms for a reason.  I am not so sure I like the Versa.  I received a Christmas gift.  I am not impressed at all!!

I’m not liking my versa.... only had it a few months and it won’t keep the correct time!!

I did return my Versa, replaced it with a Charge 3, it also has issues, nothing like Versa, I work with it, I am looking into other brands and comparisons, seems Fitbit has lost the quality of it's product, too much money for bad service and product

my return was with the store of purchase, I made an exchange for the charge 3, if you have the receipt you can try for an exchange or I would contact Fitbit for a return or exchange
