my watch face just stopped working ( don't remember which one ) and I get a msg " go to the fitbit mobile app and choose another face" but for several days when I try, it just says "switching" and won't let me choose or install a new one... so I've been without a clock for days...

Thank you for the information about watch face that is not working properly. Before considering other options, please make sure that you've tried to restart your watch. This has been useful to other users who have experienced similar difficulties.
Also, please let me know if you're seeing this error message on the Fitbit app? If so, try to logout, restart the phone and log back in to try to change the clock face option again.

Hi - the same thing happened to my Versa, then when I changed watch face my battery started to run out after around 3 hours on a full charge. Do you know what the issue might be or are there any diagnostics that I can perform myself?
