I have owned 2 different Versa watches, in LESS THAN 2 years... The watches both failed in the same manner for me: each one randomly just stopped swiping on the screen. I know this has been a similar issue for others on the community forum posts, but I truly think this is poor craftsmanship and design. Surely there has been research done about this and attempted improvements made?? But oddly, I see that several users of the Versa2 watches are also experiencing this same issue. I am disinclined to use the discount code that has been offered to pacify me if it's just going to happen again.
Does anyone else out there find this odd that this would keep happening?? (And yes, I have reset the watch and restored it to factory defaults multiple times to no avail :(. Can't fathom buying another one.... please help either convince me to stick with the product, make the switch to Apple, or help me otherwise if you've had similar experiences?)
