A couple days ago my versa watch started vibrating and kept bringing up quick settings and exercises non stop. I was able to get it to stop by resetting it a couple times and it seemed to work fine the next day. Today when I woke up this morning it was off and non responsive to resets or the charger.

Hi @NoelieG , snce you already restarted your Versa with no luck. call Customer Support about this issue. Regards kuzibri

I had a similar experience with my versa, too!
Called and spoke to support as the manufacturer warranty is valid for a year and I only had it about 6 months. Support was very helpful and sent replacement, with zero hassle. Received replacement piece 2 days after calling; V impressed with the quality of customer service.... No concerns with replacement thus far.
